Théun Mares^[1] (1952^[2]-2011^[1]) was born in Zimbabwe. He was a nagal^[3] of the Toltec tradition with a vast knowledge of life, human behavior and relationships and author of several books on spirituality, including “This Darned Elusive Happiness,” “The Quest for Maleness,” and more.^[2] Théun's books have been translated into Spanish, Greek, Russian, Bulgarian and Estonian.
